[yocto] OEDEM at Yocto Project Summit after ELCE

Just a reminder we are holding a developer meeting as part of the Yocto
Project Summit after ELCE in Lyon next week.

Please review the agenda and add items. We need to create a schedule
with times to help people involved with day 2 of the Yocto Project
Summit. Help us out by getting everything you think we should discuss in
person on the agenda!
