[yocto] No GNU_HASH in the elf binary

Your recipe is not called mlc but mem-tst-0.1

Thus the two lines above can't work. The preferred way to do this is to
use ${PN} variable which expands to the package name. Like this: >>
INSANE_SKIP_${PN} = "ldflags" <<
