It would be possible that the build system would
attempt to restrict usage but bitbake is GPLv2 licensed
and oe-core classes and recipes are mostly under MIT as
explained here:
    http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/poky/tree/LICENSE
