[yocto] [meta-java][PATCH 11/14] openjdk-8: rename PACKAGECONFIG zip -> zlib

The existing PACKAGECONFIG option 'zip' affects OpenJDK's
usage of zlib, not zip, so this option is a bit inconsistent
and confusing.

Rename to zlib.
