[yocto] Disable SIMD extensions for Geode LX800

Hi all.

I need to build Thud for Geode LX800, porting a old application with Yocto.

I need to remove SIMD extensions for qt5 and other libraries that could 
use SIMD extensions (sse2 mmx and so on)


How can I disable the SIMD extension globally for BSP?

I think to use TUNE_FEATURES variable.

Is the right way?
