[yocto] sumo missing recipe for kernel 4.4

Hi!

I might be a little late to the party but ... what is the rational
behind removing kernel recipe for kernel 4.4 from sumo (and later). This
is *the* kernel with the longest support as of now. When building an
embedded system that needs updates for quite some years, I would go with
4.4 right now...

Just wondering...
