[yocto] [meta-ros] festival-2.3-r0 do_compile: oe_runmake failed

[yahia farghaly]

i want to install festival on the target image,
it gives me this error *"ERROR: festival-2.3-r0 do_compile: oe_runmake
failed"*
i have added the meta-oe to bblayer also .

how to solve this error ?
