It looks like the COMMERCIAL_AUDIO_PLUGINS and
COMMERCIAL_VIDEO_PLUGINS hooks could be used to add machine specific
plugins to the existing gstreamer1.0-meta-audio and
gstreamer1.0-meta-video package groups?
