[yocto] [meta-raspberrypi] core-image-minimal vs rpi-hwup-image

hi Andrei,

but when i do core-image-minimal and use the linux-firmware-bcm43430
i get the following:
configuring network interfaces : sucessfully initialized wpa_supplicant
rfkill : cannot open rfkill control device
could not read interface wlan0 flags: no such device
WEXT: could not set interface wlan0 up.

it looks like additional packages are mandatory
