[yocto] [[PATCH][yocto-autobuilder]] nightly-oe-selftest.conf: Remove set of SANITY_TESTED_DISTROS

The sanity testing was disabled for all builds into CreateAutoConf
buildstep so atextappend isn't need now. [1]
