[yocto] is there an OE/YP equivalent for sos[report]?

  from my fedora system:

$ dnf info sos
...
Summary     : A set of tools to gather troubleshooting information from a system
...

  since it's written in python, it should be easy to package, but
since there's no obvious recipe for it right now, i'm wondering if
it's been obsoleted by something better.
