[yocto] any way to start culling (or updating) yocto web pages?

  more nitpicky pedantry, but is there any value in removing obviously
dated references from some of the YP web pages? i just googled on
"openembedded smart package manager", and the very first hit took me
here:

https://www.yoctoproject.org/blogs/khem/2013/get-smart-smart-package-manager

which talks about smart "coming out" with YP 1.4, from back in 2013. i
suspect there's more of that.
