[yocto] Is it possible to install *.deb file directly in the yocto platform?

​if the image has dpkg/apt installed, you _may_ be able to install
however, keep in mind it does not hook into debian/ubuntu feeds for .deb
packages
but if you have generated feeds using yocto then certainly it will work.​
