[yocto] merging eclipse-poky-juno & eclipse-poky-kepler

I updated the section in the dev-manual that provides the steps for installing the plug-in from the latest source code.  I need verification if this section is technically correct now.  See http://www.yoctoproject.org/docs/1.8/dev-manual/dev-manual.html#zip-file-method.
