[yocto] [PATCH 01/10][auh] upgradehelper.py: Only run with one recipe or all.

Remove ability to run with several recipes because isn't make sense.

Supported modes are,

	$ ./upgradehelper.py all
	$ ./upgradehelper.py recipe --to_version VERSION
