[yocto] Added package to RDEPENDS in packagegroup, image that IMAGE_INSTALLs packagegroup not rebuilt

I deliberately introduced syntax errors into the packagegroup .bb file

bitbake <image> does not report any error
bitbake <packagegroup> does not report any error

Indeed it appears that the <packagegroup>.bb file is not being read.

Looking at -DDD output, the <packagegroup>.bb file is mentioned
as the runtime provider for <packagegroup>, and the full path is correct.
