Thanks very much for sending these two. Because these are fixes for pretty 
serious security issues and we really need them in the dylan branch for the 
imminent 1.4.3 release, I've handled the following already and sent out new 
patches; however for the future could you please remember these:

* Patches for the OE-Core metadata need to go to the OE-Core mailing list 
(openembedded-core at lists.openembedded.org). There is a "Where to Send Patches" 
guide in the README file.

* Individual patch files next to recipes need an Upstream-Status marker - see: 
http://www.openembedded.org/wiki/Commit_Patch_Message_Guidelines#Patch_Header_Recommendations

* Please also add your Signed-off-by to individual patch files (not just the 
commit message)

* We ideally need patches for master first and stable branches second

Again, I've already taken care of these so you don't need to do anything for 
now.
