[yocto] Query Hob and KERNEL_FEATURES

Hob doesn't support kernel features. It would be nice, but it doesn't.
Kernel modifications are added via kernel fragments. Here is an example:

I'm new to Hob.  I see there's a way to configure layers, but is there a way
to configure kernel features with Hob?  I'm figuring not.
