[yocto] RFC - enable toaster on the autobuilder

Hi Beth,

The bitbake patchset was merged last week, and I've made the requested
changes to the autobuilder patchset.

Can you please review and pull *poky-contrib:
adamian/autobuilder-enable-toaster *at your convenience ?
