[yocto] [eclipse-poky] Issue in TerminalHandler

Hello
I'd like to have change the terminal emulator in TerminalHandler to xterm instead of current vt100 in order to avoid having unreadable output for latencytop due to some control characters.
Please let me know if you have some concern about this change.
