[yocto] How /etc/passwd packed into my final image

Hi Paul

I trying adding INHERIT += "extrausers" to my local.conf file but getting

ERROR: Unable to parse extrausers: ParseError in configuration
INHERITs: Could not inherit file classes/extrausers.bbclass
