[yocto] Bitbake Commander Content Assist on bbappend files

Jessica Zhang, who is maintaining the yocto eclipse plugin.

 

Here is more information about the versions that I am using:

 

Eclipse Kepler

Hover content assist works for me with .bb files, but not .bbappend files
under Eclipse with bitbake commander plugin. Should it?
