[yocto] Moving to the YP 1.4 Release

Something to think about... We have a section in the YP Reference Manual called "Moving to the Yocto Project 1.3 Release". This section is in a chapter dedicated to helping users migrate to a new YP release. The section is here http://www.yoctoproject.org/docs/1.4/ref-manual/ref-manual.html#migration. For the 1.4 release we should have information to cover that as well. If you know of anything at this point, please let me know.
