[yocto] gcov on target

Hi,

After compiling with:

GCOV_PROFILE := y

I get:

insmod debugfs.ko
Error: could not insert module debugfs.ko: Invalid module format
unknown relocation: 38

Is this a known issue, or am I doing something stupid?
