[yocto] Yocto Full Pass Report for 1.5_M3.rc1 - 2013-07-31-1 build

Hello,

Here is the full pass for the Yocto 1.5_M3.rc1 build.

Issues:

-          Eclipse Juno and Kepler are failing on AB.

-          Kepler support is a new addition to the project and since the build was failing on AB, it was built manually and then tested.

-          Two new bugs in BA - an internal dmesg error which was already fixed - 4977<https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4977>; and binutils-cross fail to compile  - 4978<https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4978>.

-          Beagleboard - ltp test failed because cmd mkfs.ext4 does not exist - 4982<https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4982>

-          Smart sometimes gives an segmentation fault - 4985<https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4985>.

As you can see, there is no big difference between the last milestones but a slightly increase in build time with rm_work.
