[yocto] Weekly build available for QA testing.

The weekly build out of the Yocto Project is almost complete and
should be available within the next hour or two. Some artifacts are
still generating and should be available within the next few hours.
Please begin QAing the available artifacts, keeping in mind that the
build is not quite finished yet.
