[yocto] dev manual could use clarification on possible mailing lists

  this still has the same out-of-context weirdness as the original
but, at the risk of sounding snippy, i'm just not going to look at it
more until all that docs stuff gets pulled into yocto mainline.

  i have enough git repos hanging around that i'm not going to clone
another solely for the sake of the docs.  that's just silly.
