[yocto] "yocto" vs "poky" terminology

If I run into spare time I might try to repair this.  I have thought of this little problem before.  Thanks for pointing it out Robert.

  thought i'd point out that, if people are confusing yocto and poky,
it doesn't help that the yocto reference manual is found here:

http://www.yoctoproject.org/docs/current/poky-ref-manual/poky-ref-manual.html

where the URL clearly refers to "poky".  just an observation.
