[yocto] was there a decision on duplicating existing docs in the poky ref manual?

I am going to remove the BSP chapter (guide) from the YP Reference Manual.  Recent discussions have resulted in a decision to create a "super-manual" that will be one HTML file that contains all separate YP docs.  This will be created automatically and should not result in double-maintaining any documentation.  Various links will need to be programmatically altered from their individual manual states.  So, since we will be providing a single manual (in addition to the individual manuals) with all individual docs inside it, wondering whether to include the BSP Guide in the YP Reference Guide is moot.

  at the moment, there's an independent BSP guide, which is also
"xi:include"d from the poky reference manual.  is there still a reason
for that?
