[yocto] ERROR: Function failed: do_install_perf

I commented out following statements in meta-kernel-dev/recipes-kernel/linux/linux-yocto_3.0.bbappend:
SRCREV_machine_${MACHINE}="${AUTOREV}"
SRCREV_meta="${AUTOREV}"
But it made no difference. I still get the same ERROR message. I am using the Denzil branch.

This is my suggestion as well. If meta-kernel-dev is more being used for the local vs remote repository, commenting out SRCREV=${AUTOREV} is also an option, since that should freeze at a known good point.
