[yocto] Autobuilder Downtime Friday, January 20th.

All,

The autobuilder infrastructure will be unavailable for part of the
day, Friday January 20th between 9am to 4pm. I will be adding some
additional buildset targets. During this time, build failure emails
will be disabled. This will not effect any of the other services
hosted by the autobuilder infrastructure (source mirror, etc)
