The Yocto Bug Trend wiki has been updated https://wiki.yoctoproject.org/wiki/Yocto_Bug_Trend
The 1.3 related issues will be separated from the rest of the bugs for a better overview and support. This process started with the weighted defect density. In short time all the separation issues will be clarified.
