[yocto] Yocto build problem on Ubuntu 11.10

For xkeyboard: Try install the XML parser perl module on your host
machine and see if it resolves it. Seems like that recipe is using the
host's perl when it should not be doing that.That or add inherit
perl-native to the recipe.
