1.2 Status

- Review the Yocto Project Status @ https://wiki.yoctoproject.org/wiki/Yocto_Project_v1.2_Status, "Feature Board" is used to track feature status and "Project Dashboard" could show project trend from different view.
- Saul: there is a Debian command called "uscan", which could be used to scan upstream sources
- Windirver team could help to update distro tracking file
- We should provide design information on bugzilla for each feature

Scott:
- 20% completion for sanity check

- Make sure rebase patches on oe-core before sending pull request
- After you upstream some patches, pls. update Upstream-Status in source tree
