[yocto] Unscheduled tasks

Hi,

I've talked to variois people about adding things to the unscheduled
feature list. This was buried at the bottom of the current schedule but
it now has its own page:

I'd really like to get the stuff on there cleaned up. It may be these
end up as feature enhancement requests in the bugzilla and this page
becomes autogenerated from those. For now I'd like to:

a) Clean up the descriptions on this page where we can

b) Ensure we keep adding ideas to this list or bugzilla but that we do
record things somewhere.
