[yocto] M2.rc1 Tagged/Branched/Building

I've created some new tags and branches for this weekends M2.rc1
build. The gpg key used to sign these tags can be found:

This weekends build is being generated from these tags in order to
assess where we are with M2. I'll send out results on Sunday
afternoon.
