Notes:
1) Introductions
Julie - Project Manager at Intel Open Source Technology Center, working on Yocto Project
Dave - Engineering Manager at Intel Open Source Technology Center, manages some development work
Jefro - Community Manager at Intel in Open Source Technology Center
Jessica - Maintainer of ADT and Eclipse plugin, Intel/Open Source Technology Center
Rahul - software engineer at Intel/Embedded Communications group, interested in developing BSPs
Beth - software developer at Intel/Open Source Technology Center/build and release manager for Yocto
Darren - kernel developer at Intel/Open Source Technology Center
Joshua - build system engineer at Intel/Open Source Technology Center
Paul - general build system engineer at Intel/Open Source Technology Center
Tom - kernel, BSP engineer at Intel/Open Source Technology Center
Michael Nilsap - Intel/Embedded Communication Group platform architect
Abraham - recently joined Intel in Visual and Parallel Computing group, kernel engineer
Jeff Polk - Wind River employee, build system engineer for WR and Yocto
Jeremy Horn - software lead at Monta Vista focused on integration
Saul - user space architect/maintainer at Intel/Open Source Technology Center
2) Review Yocto 2011.10 Features - https://wiki.yoctoproject.org/wiki/Yocto_1.1_Features
  - In general, call for features has ended; however, those interested in adding new items probably have a little time to get them in. Send Julie a note to inform her what changed.
  - Next steps are maintainers and owners of features will put this into milestones by EO this week (or EO next for those that are traveling). Julie will send an email on this to maintainers/owners.
3) Review Yocto 2011.10 Schedule - https://wiki.yoctoproject.org/wiki/Yocto_OCT2011_Schedule
  - Schedule is milestone-based, dates at the top of the milestone.
  - Each milestone will be broken into Sprints by the stakeholders. Sprints show when code will be committed, but not necessarily all the work that needs to be done to get the code ready.
4) 1.0 Release Criteria review - https://wiki.yoctoproject.org/wiki/Yocto_Project_v1.0_Release_Criteria
- We decided not to do Crown Bay for demo. Working on getting Sandy Bridge running as a UPnP video renderer.
- Have a critical change to README.hardware that needs to go into the Release Notes. Paul will email ScottR to get this into Release Notes. [This is a general issue for next release, which ScottR has also mentioned, that we need a way to update documentation up until the last minute before release.]
