[Yocto-infrastructure] 1 hour network downtime: 2016-09-04T06:00Z

The maintenance performed did not resolve the issue. We will have
another short downtime at 2016-09-08T06:00Z. About six hours from when
this email was sent.

All public facing services except eglibc.org have been migrated out of
this network. Users of non-production build resources will experience
interruption.
