[Yocto-infrastructure] Taking opensuse131-a.osl.yoctoproject.org offline

[Michael Halstead]

I need more machines to bootstrap the autobuilder cluster in the new
data center. I'm taking this one offline since it we have another
openSUSE machine in the current cluster.
