We are upgrading backend network fabric in order to eliminate storage
bottlenecks. Downloads of autobuilder artifacts will be unavailable for
10 minutes. The autobuilder will be unavailable during the whole outage
window. Other Yocto Project services will be interrupted for less than 1
minute.

Service(s) affected: Autobuilder related Yocto Project services will be
unavailable. Other services including the website, lists, git, wiki
maybe temporarily interrupted.

Outage window: Wednesday, May 15 2013, 1800 - 1830 UTC
        Wednesday, May 15 2013, 11:00am - 11:30am PDT
