[Yocto-infrastructure] Pushes to git.yoctoproject.org non-functional for ~1 hour

[Michael Halstead]

While staging files for backup the partition holding the git
repositories filled completely causing pushes to be denied. This
happened at 11:25pm PST and was corrected 50 minutes later. I will move
the backup staging area onto a separate partition so this cannot happen
again.
