Rather than making an already big page bigger, an idea would be to have 
a 'tooltip' style box when you hover over the bug number which contains 
the bug title. This still isn't a lightning fast overview, but that page 
is already pretty unweildy and I imagine adding any extra (permanently 
visible) information would only make it worse...
