[Yocto-infrastructure] Status Update 2nd - 8th of April

Last week:
Continued setting up virtualization on new yocto project hardware.
I made a full copy of our autobuilder master capable of replacing it in
case of hardware failure.
Worked on www.yoctoproject.org improvements.
Collected metrics on our bugzilla data with the goal of automating the
creation of https://wiki.yoctoproject.org/wiki/Yocto_Bug_Trend.
