No, we shouldn't.

I ran some tests and booting that same image on ab05 didn't show the
message for me. This therefore appears to be some kind of race in the
boot process. I think it is a real race/bug and we should therefore
track it accordingly as it doesn't always appear.

It isn't a release blocking issue though and isn't high priority since
its probably been like this a while.
