[Yocto-builds] buildbot failure in The Yocto Autobuilder on nightly-world

Hi RP, Saul, Beth,
This looks like an issue in bitbake. But it can also be caused by recent changes to autobuilder, as it complains about, No such file or directory: '/tmp/yocto-autobuilder/downloads'
Can you please look into this?
