[Yocto-builds] buildbot failure in Yocto on nightly-ppc

This error is caused by the 'ps' command in poky's
scripts/qemuimage-testlib truncating at the COLUMN limit so that the IP
address of the qemu command line isn't found.

scripts/qemuimage-testlib doesn't find the IP address of the VM even
though it is running.

I'll post about this to the poky list.
