[Yocto-builds] buildbot failure in Yocto on nightly-world

This is a minor AB bug with syncing of the buildhistory repo. I have a
patch tested and ready for it. You'll see this only in nightly builds
that are not arch builds. (tiny, multilib, world). It doesn't effect
the actual repo, it's just false conditional.
