[Yocto-bsp] PHP in Yocto using Apache2

I suggest to do the whole thing first (adding Apache **and** PHP) using
Yocto 2.5 (Sumo).
When it works in Yocto 2.5 you have a reference!
Then you can find the fixes and port them back to Yocto Krogoth...
