[Yocto-bsp] Multimedia acceleration

Hi all
I built a embedded image of AGL 1.0 based on Yocto project  and Renesas
BSP(meta-renesas) on Rcar H3 board. I checked its local.conf file,i didn't
see any option to enable multi media acceleration. How can i enable
multimedia acceleration. Where i get the enable options. Could you please
help me.
