[Yocto-bsp] MIPS 24K little-endian support

Hi,

I am new to the Yocto project and I am trying to use it to build a Linux
distribution for a "MIPS 24K V7.12" processor. Has anyone done this already
or can point me in the direction of an architecture/bsp package for it.
Also it's a mipsel build I am trying to create but there is no sample
qemumipsel.conf in the poky.git/meta/conf/machine directory?
